Billing, Tokens, and Account Activation

Koha Digital does not sell tokens separately. To unlock a new Will generation:

  1. Click the Purchase button within the specific client's file.

  2. Complete the payment process. *Note: If you see the message "*Please click the red "Purchase" button above. Make Payment by Client or use Token Redemption to proceed with Will generation. " it indicates that payment has not been made for this specific will generation yet.

Troubleshooting Payments

  • Payment Failed: Please contact Koha Customer Support immediately for assistance.

  • Receipts: Payment receipts are automatically emailed to you upon success. Check your Spam/Promotions folder if not received within a few hours.

Legacy Planner Account Activation Timeframe

After making your initial payment, please allow 1–2 business days for account activation. You will receive a confirmation email once your portal access is ready. If you have not received access after 3 business days, please contact Support.
