To enter a new client's details, follow these steps:

  1. Find a prospect

  2. Go to your dashboard or home screen

  3. Click "add new client"

  4. Enter the prospect's information:

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Gender

    • Preferred language

  5. Specify referral information if applicable

  6. Click "submit" to create a prospect in the system

Later, you can convert this prospect to a client. The system will display the account status indicating if a prospect needs conversion or if a client is active.
