Managing To-do Tasks

The system offers a CRM feature where you can manage your to-do tasks:

  1. Access the feature from your "dashboard" or "home" screen

  2. Find the section for "to do task"

  3. Add new tasks by specifying:

    • Client

    • Task name (e.g., "get additional document from Joseph")

    • Associated product (e.g., "last will and testament")

    • Due date

    • Priority level (e.g., "low")

  4. Track how many days ago a task was added

  5. Download a report of your task details by clicking the "report detail" option
