Raising a Support Ticket

To raise a support ticket within the system:

  1. Navigate to the "support" section

  2. Find the option to "raise a ticket"

  3. Enter a subject describing your issue (e.g., "cannot create prospect")

  4. Provide a detailed description of the problem you are encountering

  5. Submit your ticket

The back-end team can see which screen you are currently on within the system, allowing them to assist you and rectify the issue more effectively.
